Baby Reflexology Classes:
Have fun with your baby, learn a new skill and meet other new parents. Baby Reflexology is an excellent way to calm and soothe babies and may help with bonding, constipation, sleep issues, reflux/colic, teething and more.
The Thursday lunchtime class is 50 minutes long and held in Killarney Sports and Leisure Center. It runs for 3 weeks at a time. It is best suited to babies 5/6 weeks to pre-crawling. The cost is €90. No experience necessary and everything is provided.
The class has been a warm and welcoming place for Moms and babies since 2019, may parents coming more than once.
