Baby Reflexology Classes:
Have fun with your baby, learn a new skill and meet other new Moms. Baby reflexology is excellent to calm and sooth babies and may help with bonding, constipation, sleep issues, reflux/colic, teething and more. The class is 50 minutes long and runs in Killarney Sports & Leisure Centre at 1pm on a Thursday for 3 weeks. No experience necessary, suitable for babies 5/6 weeks to a strong crawler. Minimum of 4 required to run the class. The cost is €80 for a set of three classes. To put your baby’s name down, message me on the link below.
